KOLKATA (Dunya News) – Uncertainty still looms over the highly anticipated Pakistan vs. India match of 2016 World T20 tournament as the Indian group Anti-Terrorist Front of India (ATFI) Sunday once again threatened to dig up the pitch of the Eden Garden cricket ground in order to sabotage the match.

According to the details, the threat was issued in a video message by Viresh Shandilya, who is described as the President of ATFI.

Extremism seems to be growing in India as new threats attempting to derail cricket between the two countries keep emerging.

The Hindu extremist party Shiv Sena has also been active, attempting various tactics to stop the two countries from playing the match.

Pakistan is scheduled to play with India in the World T20 tournament on March 19th in Eden Garden, Kolkata.

Prior to this, Pakistan was initially scheduled to play the match in Dharmsala, but the venue was then shifted to Eden Garden by the International Cricket Council (ICC) amid security concerns for Pakistan’s national cricket team.
