CHRISTCHURCH (AFP) - New Zealand were 121-4 in their second innings Monday, still 14 runs from making Australia bat again at stumps on the third day of the second Test.

Kane Williamson was not out 45, while the retiring Brendon McCullum was out for 25 in his final test innings.

For Australia, James Pattinson has three for 29.

Australia were all out for 505 with Joe Burns making 170, Steve Smith 138 and Adam Voges 60. For New Zealand, Neil Wagner took six for 106.
