Summary Result was decided on final ball as both teams battled it out amazingly.
Dubai: (Web Desk) - Shahid Afridi s Peshawar Zalmi opted to bowl first after winning the toss in the first playoff against Quetta Gladiators led by Sarfraz Ahmed. The match was played at the Dubai Sports City (DSC).
Zalmi bowlers striked regularly not allowing the Gladiators batsmen to bat freely. They were bowled out in the last over for a total of 133 runs. Kevin Pietersen scored a competitive half century for the Gladiators and Kumar Sangakkara also seemed promising but rest of the batting line failed to perform.
The second innings was full of ups and downs as both sides played some superb cricket but Quetta held on to their nerves and won an absolutely unbelievable match in the final over.

Overs 19.3: CAUGHT! And the Gladiators innings comes to an end as Anwar Ali tried to smash this one from Riaz but it was powerless and he ended up getting caught by Sammy. What a bowling performance by Wahab Riaz; infact, what a performance from the Zalmis overall. They have to chase 134 runs to go to the finals.
Overs 19.2: RUN OUT! Everything going against the Gladiators here. The on-strike batsman missed the ball but the off-strike batsman seemed to be rather anxious and rushed to get the strike. The throw came in quickly and Zulfiqar Babar was short of his crease. 9 down the Gladiators for 133.
