DAMBULLA, Sri Lanka (Web Desk) – Pakistan puts their innings to end with a score od 102 when Muhammad Irfan got out on Herath s ball.

As the decisive 3rd ODI between Pakistan and Sri Lanka resumed after the rain stopped Saeed Ajmal got out early on Thisara Perera’s ball scoring 6 runs.

Wahab Riaz went back to the pavilion without scoring any runs; he got caught by Sangakkara on Thisara Perera’s ball.

Shahid Afridi jumped out of the crease took a booming shot and got caught by Perera on Seekkuge Prasanna’s ball adding 2 runs to the total score.

Sohaib Maqsood got out on 7 runs. Misbah-ul-Haq hesitant in taking the run led him to get run out on Angelo Mathews’s ball on 18 runs in the 15th over whereas Umar Akmal got catch out on Thisara Perera ball by Lasith Malinga scoring 7 runs.

Pakistan hit a hitch as the third and final deciding one-day international began. Pakistan has lost early wickets as Sharjeel Khan faced 6 balls only and got caught by Jayawardene on Dhammika Prasad’s ball on duck.

Ahmad Shehzad got caught by Perera on Dhammika Prasad’s ball, he scored a meager 10 runs. As the match proceeded to the 7th over,

Muhammad Hafeez got Lbw on Malinga’s ball adding a single to the total score.

Earlier, (AFP) Pakistan captain Misbah-ul Haq won the toss and elected to bat in the third and decisive one-day international against Sri Lanka in Dambulla on Saturday.

With the series level at 1-1, Pakistan welcomed back spin spearhead Saeed Ajmal who missed the previous two matches due to a flying visit to Australia to have his bowling action tested.

Ajmal was tested in Brisbane after his action was reported by the umpires during the preceding Test series, which Sri Lanka won 2-0. He is allowed to play on till the results of the tests are made known.

Ajmal replaced left-arm seamer Junaid Khan in the team.

Sri Lanka also made one change, bringing in seamer Dhammika Prasad in place of Nuwan Kulasekara.

Pakistan won the first match in Hambantota by four wickets, before Sri Lanka drew level with a 77-run win in the second game at the same venue.
