Summary Faisalabad Wolves defeated Peshawar Panthers by 2 wickets in the Super Eight T20 Cup.
Batting first Peshawar Panthers managed 127 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Muhammad Faiz (23) and Zohaib Khan (22) were main contributors for Peshawar. Hassan Mahmood grabbed 3 wickets for Faisalabad.In reply, Faisalabad Wolves reached the target in the last over after losing 8 wickets. Ali Waqas, who was later declared man of the match, batted well for Faisalabad and remained unbeaten on 43.
