The four-week average of unemployment claims also fell to a four-year low.The euro fell to $1.3307 in midday trading Thursday from $1.3337 late Wednesday. The British pound rose to $1.5945 from $1.5925.The dollar fell to 81.12 Japanese yen from 81.18 yen and to 98.50 Canadian cents from 98.89 Canadian cents.The dollar rose to 0.9057 Swiss franc from 0.9039 Swiss franc.
