Gold and silver prices in Pakistan are influenced by international bullion rates, currency movements and domestic market conditions. Changes in global prices can affect local jewellery costs and the purchasing decisions of consumers and investors.
For jewellery buyers, stable gold prices may provide some relief after periods of volatility, although the prevailing rate remains a significant expense for households. Silver, meanwhile, recorded an increase in its local price per tola.
Market participants will continue to monitor international bullion prices and currency movements for indications of the direction of domestic precious metal rates.
