Summary Nepar has allowed some local power companies to increase tariffs by Rs 1 to Rs 5 a unit.
According to a notification issued by the Nepra, tariff of Atlas, Foundation, Nishat and Saif have been increased by Rs 5.22, Rs 1.87, Rs 5.28 and Rs 1.29 per unit respectively.The tariff has been raised due to hike in furnace oil prices.
