KARACHI (Dunya News) - The weekly update of the Pakistan Stock Exchange has been released, showing a positive trend during the current business week.
During the week, the KSE-100 Index gained 6,747 points to close at 173,939.
The index remained within a band of 14,245 points throughout the trading week, reaching a high of 174,404 and a low of 160,158.
In the stock market, a total of 5.18 billion shares were traded during the week with a value of Rs 241.9 billion.
However, despite the overall positive momentum, the market capitalization declined by Rs 776 billion over the week, settling at Rs 19,250 billion.
