Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda said during a live TV talk show Saturday that the eurozone debt crisis is not someone elses problem.Ratings agency Standard & Poors downgraded ratings Friday on nine eurozone countries including France, Italy and Spain.Japan could be the next target if its seen as dragging feet on reforms, he said.Noda reshuffled his Cabinet on Friday in a bid to win cooperation from the opposition and voters to raise the sales tax and rein in the bulging fiscal deficit.
