Multan: PCGA warns of stopping procurement of cotton

This decision has taken as the TCP has refused to purchase the cotton.PCGA Multan Chairman Amanullah Qureshi and Shahzar Ali Khan said in a joint conference that despite the PM Gilani orders, the Secretary Textile has not started to purchase cotton, multiplying problems of farmers and ginners.They said that the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) also has preferred its interests; that is why, PCGA has decided to isolate itself from the cotton forum.PCGA chairman Amanullah Qureshi has demanded special action should be taken against the Secretary Textile over not purchasing one million bales.
