Summary Lahore High Court has issued stay order against LPG price hike.
LPG price hike case was heard by Justice Ajazul Hasan. Lawyer Aitezaz Ahsan submitted that according to OGRA notification.LPG license holders have been asked to import 20 per cent quota of LPG. He objected that authority concerned would impose levy tax on the quota and decide the price. He said this would directly affect the masses against the law and constitution of Pakistan.The court has issued notification to chairman OGRA till October 5.
