Import of textile machinery drops drastically

A staggering drop was seen in the import of textile machinery during July, the first month of current fiscal year.According to the Federal Bureau of Statics, the import of the machinery related to textile industry plunged by 42 percent during the month of July as compare with the same period of last year.During July, textile machinery worth $24.6 million was bought from abroad.Import of textile machinery in July fell short by 12 percent of the import of previous month.
