Summary The amended laws have facilitated the shares buyers, but failed to attract investment.

The Federal Board of revenue has amended laws related to stock markets. They were apparently aimed at facilitating the investors. The condition for brokers’ clearance certificate was also withdrawn to make the operation easier.The deadline for 3-monthly tax return was also extended from 7 to 21 days. Despite all these steps people related to this trade are not satisfied. The experts believe the system of collecting gain tax must be changed. The facility of submitting 50 percent securities was also extended, after ending hundred percent cash margin for future deals. This will be implemented from August onward.
