Summary The IMF has stopped next tranche of loan as Pakistan is not fulfilling the conditions.
Sources told Dunya News, Pakistan and the IMF officials held talks in Dubai, in which Pakistani officials could not satisfy the IMF officials regarding financial reforms. Therefore, it had been decided that next tranche would be stopped.The IMF had announced in 2008 to provide a loan of $11.8 billion to Pakistan in two years.
