Summary Residents have stressed on need of more steps to reduce unemployment.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has decided to establish special economic zones (SEZs) in all districts of the province in order to increase employment opportunities.
The provincial government has started work on new economic estates in different areas meanwhile 80 percent work on small industrial estates in DI Khan and Abbottabad has been completed.
Residents, especially youth were happy with the decision; however, stressed on need of more steps to reduce unemployment. Officials have said that 59 industrial units have been installed in the past two years.
