Summary The Karachi Stock Exchange showed positive trend on Wednesday as KSE-100 index gained 61 points.
Positive trend remained in the market during the whole trading session, once KSE-100 index crossed 12,500 points level. But later shares value decreased due to profit taking and KSE-100 index closed at 12,430 points.Trade volume remained at 63.7 million shares. Share value of 146 firms closed up while 98 remained down.
