Summary Rs22 billion will be collected from consumers: Finance Ministry
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) Wednesday approved as increase in gas meter rent from Rs20 to Rs40.
During the meeting of ECC, chaired by Adviser on Finance Hafeez Sheikh it was also decided to also collect old dues of Gas Infrastructure Development Cess (GIDC) from consumers.
Officials of Finance Ministry said that Rs22 billion will be collected from consumers in this regard.
