Summary US Dollar rises by 81 paisa in interbank market to Rs164.89
KARACHI (Dunya News) - The United States dollar gained 81 paisa against the Pakistani rupee in the interbank market on Tuesday.
The greenback closed at 164.89 rupees on second business day of the week and depreciation in the rupee has increased debt burden on Pakistan by Rs430 billion.
The US dollar has surged by Rs3.97 after Eid holidays. It had closed at Rs164.08 in the interbank market on Monday.
