Summary The Karachi Stock Market observed a bearish trend on Friday as trading volume shrank by 50 percent.
The day started with a slump in business and investors seemed less interested in the market after the announcement of new monetary policy by the State Bank of Pakistan. At the end of the first session, the 100 index closed at 11,876 with a decline of two points.The total trading volume was 11.7 million shares.
