Summary Gold and silver prices touched a record high on Wednesday in the local and world markets.
According to Sindh Sarafa Association president Haji Haroon Chand, 10-gram gold price increased to Rs 40,542, up by Rs 342, while gold’s per tola price increased by Rs 400 to close at Rs 37,300.Silver price reached Rs 14,070 per tola on Wednesday. This is the highest price of gold and silver in history.
