Summary Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) has prepared a new plan to sack its non technical staff.

KESC submitted detailed in the Sindh high court about the Voluntary Scheme against which a writ petition had been filed in SHC by the CBA.It has been maintained in the petition that a scheme would be introduced for the employees to quit the job on voluntarily basis.According to the spokesperson of KESC, Voluntarily Separation Scheme would cost Rs. 5.3 billion and the employees quitting job would receive minimum Rs. 7 lakh each and maximum Rs. 4.7 million would be paid in this regard.This scheme is for non technical staff of the department including Bill Distributors, Junior Office Assistant, Sanitary Workers, Security Guards and others.
