Summary Japanese stocks fell once again on reports that radioactive waves had plagued water in Tokyo.
A point 0.5 percent decrease was recorded in Morgan Stanley Asia Pacific index in Tokyo. Japans Nikkei index fell 1.64 and Topix declined 0.81 percent. A 0.37 percent decrease was recorded in Hang Seng Index of Hong Kong.The experts predicted an improvement in Japanese markets, saying that low prices of shares would lure international investors in next few days.
