(Dunya News) – Pakistan’s imports of mobile phones have soared by record 18pc to $678 million in the first ten months of ongoing Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19, reported Dunya News.
As per details garnered, mobile phones worth $572 mln were imported during the same period in previous fiscal year.
Analysts opined that investment in mobile phone industry could be soared if government was willing to slash taxes and curb smuggling.
