Summary Walter Power Company had filed a review petition against the written decision of NEPRA.
NEPRA refused to give tariff to Nao Dero Rental Power plant in 2010. According to NEPRA, Wlter power Company had received the advance amount on the same machinery of Power plant which had turned 10 years old.Walter Company violated the NEPRA guideline ant it could not present the copies of the power plant contract.It is worth mentioning that he Supreme Court had taken the Suo motu notice against Walter Company.
