Summary Inflation rate has been further increased as prices of daily items are on the rise.
Inflation for the current week recorded at 16.8 percent. According to provisional figures of Federal Bureau of Statistics (FBS), average 0.25 percent increase in the inflation rate was recorded this week. During the week, 29 items prices were increased while 11 items prices were declined and 13 items prices remained stable. According to the report, prices of tomato, chicken, red chili and eggs were decreased.
