Summary Asian shares ended lower due to decrease in Japans GDP and deteriorating situation in Libya.
Morgan Stanley Asia/Pasic Index declined by 1 percent. Japans Nikkei Stock Average declined by 1.5 percent and Hong Kongs Hang Seng Index ended 0.74 percent lower. Chinas Shanghai Composite lost 1.5 percent while South Koreas Kospi shed 1.0 percent. The fall in Shanghai came after the country posted a $7.3 billion trade deficit in February.
