(Web Desk) – Amazon chief Jeff Bezos has taken over the world’s richest person spot on Friday morning after shares of Amazon surged in early hours today.
This is the second time Bezos has taken over Microsoft founder Bill Gates this year. He rose to the top position in July with USD 90.5 billion net worth beating USD 90 billion of Gates but slipped back to the second position within hours.
However, in the morning today, Bezos cliched the spot after share value of Amazon rose adding a hefty Usd7 billion overnight.
Amazon, an electronic business commerce industry headquarteredin Seattle of the States was founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994. Microsoft, a computer services and technology company was founded by Gates in 1975.
