KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Stock Exchange ended the trading session with gain of 729 points as the index closed at 47,603 points.
Earlier, the index started with red as it fall some 800 points in the initial hour of trading.
However, the market took a U-turn and closed the day at 47,603 points while adding 729 points in the process.
At the start of the session, many were expecting a swift reaction due to the Panama case development however, as some were also eyeing to take advantage of low share prices expected after the drop.
Meanwhile, some brokers have also suggested that even if the verdict comes against the government, its impact on stock exchange will be on temporary basis.
