Gold prices surged in local and international markets on last working day of the week, Dunya News reported on Saturday. According to Sindh Gold Association, the prices of gold increased by Rs 400 per tola to reach at Rs 44,750 in the local markets while 10-gram gold up by Rs 337 to close at Rs 38,497. In the international market, gold price witnessed record increase of $22 per ounce.The prices of silver showed an increase of Rs 20 per tola and closed at Rs 900 per tola.
