The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has proposed the government to hike the petroleum prices from Rs 2 to 6 per litre, Dunya News reported on Thursday. An application in this respect has been sent to the Ministry of Water and Power. The first recommendation included demand of increase in per litre tariff by Rs 2 to 6. The second demand called to adjust the increase in tariff in PoL levy. Both the suggestions are said to have been sent to the PM for approval.
