LAHORE (Dunya News) – Car sales went up around 24 percent in eleven months of fiscal year 2015-16 owing to reduced interest rate and better security situation, reported Monday.
According to the statistics, at least 2,01,151 cars were sold during July to May. In the same period of the last fiscal year, 1,62,151 cars were sold.
Sale of 1,300 cc cars went up by 14 percent in July-May taking the toll to 80,971, sale of 1000 cc cars went up 33 percent with total number of cars sold 23,347.
31 percent rise was witnessed in sale of 800 cc cars with 63,189 vehicles sold in the last eleven months.
