Asian markets down as Yen hikes

Summary

A downward trend is witnessed at Asian Stocks today as Yen continues to gain value against all major currencies including the US dollar due to which shares slide. Tokyos Morgan Stanley Asia Pacific lost 1.07 percent while Japans Nikkei Index shed 3.5percent. Koreas Composite Index is down by 1 percent and Hang Seng lost 1.07 percent.
