Summary Potatoes have seen Rs 10 increase
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Onion price has fallen by Rs 20 taking the per kilogram (Kg) price to Rs 40.
Retail sources said that newly arrived stock of onions in the market have caused the decrease in price. Earlier in the past days, the price stood at Rs 60 per Kg.
According to the retailers, there has been an imbalance between supply and demand at the start of winters. In the whole sale market, onions are being sold at Rs 30 to Rs 35 per Kilogram.
On the other hand, potatoes have seen Rs 10 increase taking the price of one Kilogram to Rs 30.
