Asian markets volatile

The improvement in Sino markets cast a positive impact on the Asian markets as the efforts to improve trade situation in China start yielding results. Chinas Shinghai Composite Index gained 3.6 percent. MSCI Asia Pacific Index added 0.5 percent.Hang Seng Index gained 150 points while Japans Nikkei Index added .24percent. Topix Index is up by 0.4 percent.
