Cotton prices reached its all time high due to rise in the international market.Former member Pakistan Cotton Association, while talking to Dunay News, said that the cotton prices are up by100 rupees to Rs5,600.The cotton rate in the international market rose by 80 cents per pound.However, due to the export of yarn, the local industry is facing cotton shortage.
