Crude oil dipped below $82 per barrel in Asian trading Tuesday. Light sweet crude futures for delivery in February traded at $81.75 a barrel, down 77 cents in Singapore trade. February Brent crude on London's ICE Futures exchange fell 65 cents to $80.32 a barrel. Crude prices surged to around 15-month high in the past week. Traders say that oil dipped below due to milder U.S. winter forecast to crimp heating oil demand.
