Oil prices are back above 83 dollars in Asian trade on Monday. Which is 14-month high level in Asian trading. Singapores futures contract, light sweet crude for February delivery, jumped 82 cents to 83.57 dollars a barrel. Brent North Sea crude for February delivery rose 74 cents to 82.11 dollars. Oil prices rose in Asia and US as a cold snap in the northern hemisphere led to higher demand for heating fuel.
