IMF would finalise the disbursement of fourth tranche of the promised $1.2billion loan to Pakistan in a meeting to be held tomorrow.The Pakistan government has assured IMF that it would annul the capital value tax subsidy on the plots of less than 500 yards from January 1. Pakistan has taken a loan of about $514billion from IMF in the last one year.It would also take up Pakistans inability to fulfil the condition of first quarter fiscal budget loss.
