Chief Justice Punjab Shahbaz Sharif said that national integrity was put on forefront to reach an accord on NFC award and misconceptions about Punjab were packed-up. In a press conference in Lahore, the CM said that the provinces availed the chance to solve all the problems through discussions. He said that provincial governments, the PM and Finance Minister announced such an award which gives glee to the Pakistani people. The CM said resources of Punjab would be spent effectively to eradicate poverty, improve education and develop South Punjab. He said that former rulers negligence pushed the construction of Bhasha Dam on the back burner.
