25m ton wheat production target for next year

The government has set the target of wheat production at 25 million ton for next; however, its difficult to meet the target due to delay in sowing season. Talking to Dunya News, Pakistan Agri Forum Chairman Ibrahim Mughal said that delay in crushing of sugarcane, increase in seed prices of wheat and draught caused delay in sowing of wheat.
