KSE witnesses bullish trend

Bullish trend was witnessed at Karachi Stock Exchange on Wednesday as the benchmark 100-index closed at 9,088 points with an increase of 75 points. Business activity started with a positive note while short-covering was also seen in the market. Because of falling share prices, investors preferred buying in selected sectors. Due to which, the Index remained in positive zone all the day. At the end of the day, the benchmark 100-index closed at 9,088 points with an increase of 75 points with trade volume of 92.3 million shares. Punjab Bank remained the volume leader.
