Inflow of $1.3 mn in SCRA by foreign investors

Foreigners invested $1.3 million into Pakistani stock markets during last week, reported Dunya News on Sunday.According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Pakistani banks made a buying of $4.1 million in Special Convertible Rupee Account (SCRA) during first 3 days of the last business week. Collectively, outflow of $3.4 million from mutual funds, whereas, outflow of $3.6 million from banks and individual investors was recorded last week. Karachi Stock Exchange witnessed 1.1 percent decrease on weekly basis.
