Summary National Bank of Pakistan has been awarded third Global Human Resources Excellence Award.
This award is an acknowledgement of NBPs revolutionary efforts undertaken to transform Human Resources policies and practices.These HR Excellence Awards 2012 were organized by Global Media Links in collaboration with Better Pakistan Forum in Karachi at a local hotel.Speaker Sindh Assembly Nisar Khuhro and Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Dr. Farooq Sattar distributed the awards.Around 50 leading corporations competed for the awards. Chairmen, CEOs, Management heads and senior executives of numerous renowned companies attended the event.The award winning companies were selected by an independent jury of experts of the field the basis of stringently defined criteria for judging performance of HR practitioners and firms in the field of human resource development and growth.The awards have been instituted to honor and recognize services of companies and individuals who performed extraordinarily and excelled in the field of Human Resource management during 2011.
