It has been almost 36 hours that the 2010-11 budget was presented in the parliament. Since this
wordplay has always failed to make any sense to me, I remained glued to the TV screen till late
night, hoping and praying that this time there is some relief to the already discombobulated masses.
Honestly, it failed to do so. True that the greatest of the world’s economies are falling apart: be
