Javed Hashmi demands splitting Punjab into four provinces

Javed Hashmi has demanded creation of three to four new provinces in Punjab.

Speaking on the floor of the National Assembly, the PML-N leader called upon his party leadership to first of all create new provinces in Punjab. Hashmi said that Karachi being a big city should be given compatible status. He said that ever since Islamabad becoming capital of the country, the city is known to be the hub of the corrupt and looters.He said the agencies that have been failing for the last 30 years would continue to fail in the days to come. He said the problems are varied and so many that neither the PPP government nor any other would be able to get rid of them. The problems have grown unmanageable, Hashmi added.
