Dr Moeed Pirzada studied International Relations at the School of International Affairs, Columbia University, New York and studied Media & Internet law at London School of Economics, where he was a Britannia Chevening Scholar with the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office. At Columbia University, he was Asst. Editor with the Journal of International Relations and made several contributions to South Asian Newsletter and fortnightly Communiqu‚; he worked with the Southern Asian Institute and remained closely associated with the organization of international conferences at that center of global excellence; he worked as external consultant with United Nations and World Economic Forum (Davos Group) and contributed to UNDP’s major publication: “Making Global Trade work for People” (EarthScan: London, 2003) Dr. Pirzada has been a columnist for major Pakistani publications like the Karachi based, The Dawn, and The News; his policy papers have appeared in the Journal of Islamabad Policy Research Institute (IPRI); has been invited to international conferences, seminars and symposia across the US, UK, South Korea, Turkmenistan and Pakistan. In UK he has been a member of the International Institute of Strategic Studies (IISS), and has worked as external consultant with Commonwealth Business Council, and India & Pakistan Relations Study Group (INPAREL); he has assisted BBC with its documentaries on South Asia and was selected by Ford Foundation and Foreign & Commonwealth Office for the under forty leadership of South Asia at “Third South Asia Forum” at Wilton Park.(2003). In Pakistan he worked with Central Superior Services (CSS) and was awarded for meritorious services by the Federal government in 1998.

Dear Sir, I wants to pay compliment to you that current programme about phenomena of terrorism was really a good attempt to identify the root cause and its control mechanism. Its really need of time to held this kind of discussion about how to remove suicide attack. well i will suggest you that we must bring civil society mobilization , about to change this mind set through seminar , literature spreading in the houses. througth alter the mind set of people, its must be aim.

Dear Dr Sb, How do u do, I am watching ur programme some time but not regulaly, it is informative but some time realy difficult to under stand due to the attitude of the so called politicians, Sir, i born in pakistan, grew up in pakistan and have seen a peace ful pak home land, all type of food was available cheap/pure and freely without any prob/lines , not like today, karachi was called "CITY OF LIGHTS" from all over the country people were coming there to enjoy & shopping,who destroy peace?

Dear Sir, I would like to share my views about recent statement of our PM, we as Nation need Unity, Faith,Discipline, which our QUAID had Dream. but now this hour of crisis , we need all these three instruments but its really heartbreaking when our PM Yousaf Gillani done politics of allegation towards NGO. well we pray for good leadership in Pakistan like Muhatir Muhammad which actually raised the status of its Country.

I must congratulate on your excellent show. However there is a small matter that seems a bit odd to me. I have noted that you continually interrupt people when they are talking. In your show it is you who is talking the most and not the guests. Baroness Warsi also pointed to you this aspect. Recently in your show, your guests of the night which included Mr. Irfan Siddiqui and a lady, you were loudly repeating your point of view and not allowing them to give their views.

I suggest that u explore the possibility of a Presidential type of govt. The mare fact that the executive is independent of legislature gives it an immense advantage in our political psyche. refer to the success of military govts.

Just a SHIKWA (urdu), there has been a killing spree by indians in occupied kashmir and 58 ppl have died uptill now, for heavens sake, do give kashmiris their just share in pakistan media time...invite ppl from Azad kashmir to share their sentiments and believe me they love pakistan but if we ignore them it will alienate them, feel the pain....thanks a lot sir

Sir I want to suggest you that please motivate corporate companies for flood relief supplies along with common people. For e.g. Biscuit making companies can be contacted to supply biscuits to the victims and in return DUNYA TV can cut down its tariff to half for airing the promotional ad of that biscuit. Same can be applied for bread, milk or wheat companies. I would request you to call the CEOs these of corporate companies in your program and send this proposal to other channels.

Dear Dr. Sb, The issue of politicians became parliamentarians on the basis of forged degrees by false undertakings is being trumptted a lot in these days. It is astonishing to learn that no quarter, including the apex judiciary, has paid any attentionn to the Returning Officers concerned who deliberatly indulged in criminal conivance by accepting the nomination papers filed by the contestants, without verifying the eligibility standards set at that time. Would someone take cognisance

Respected Moeed Pirzada Sahib, AOA, I watch your program regularly. Reason being you do ask tough questions. These days there is a hot issue of Fake (jali) Degrees.The discussion revolves around disqualifying the Members of parliament or provential house and mid-term election. The issue needs to be discussed that these people who obtained fake degrees have committed a crime, have broken laws of Pakistan or provance. They need to be tried in court and punished to the fullest extend of the law
