Democracy is no doubt the best form of government, it is a perpetual process which ractifies and improves itself through a positive feedback process. This process of auto correction is determined by the performance of the democractically elected governmnet in the next election. If however, this process of auto correction is hindered by any factor, may it be the military or the corrupt elements within the democracy, the development of democracy is impeded and it becomes mere stagnant dirty water.
